Failing to Comply Port Hope Police

Failing to Comply with an Undertaking

A 20 year old female was arrested for failing to comply with an undertaking she had previously been released on. Destiny Dawson of no fixed address was arrested for attending at residence she was not to be at which was part of her earlier release. On June 13, 2021 Port Hope Police received a 911 call stating Dawson was on the property when she should not be. As a result Dawson was arrested for failing to comply with a court order. Dawson will appear in court on July 28, 2021.
