Media Release - February 13, 2024   Impaired Driver On February 10, 2024, a 35-year-old Colborne male was arrested and charged with impaired driving after police were dispatched to a parked vehicle in a gas station parking lot with an unconscious male inside. When officers arrived, they observed the vehicle and attempted to wake the driver. The vehicle had damage to the passenger front side and appeared to have hit the fence to which it was next. Distraction thefts typically occur when a perpetrator deliberately diverts the attention of the victim, often in crowded public places such as shopping centers or markets.
