Media Release Port Hope Police Service       WEEKEND UPDATE On Friday September 10, 2021, Police arrested and charged a male with Indecent Acts. Through investigation, police learned a male had conducted indecent acts in a parking lot on Toronto Road.  As a result 46-year-old male Paheerathan KANDASAMY was arrested and charged with the following: 1. Indecent Acts contrary to section 173(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.  KANDASAMY was released on an Undertaking with conditions and a court date.  On Saturday September 11, 2021, Police arrested and charged a male in regards to a domestic incident. Media Release Stunt Driving Driver charged with Stunt Driving and Fail to Surrender Driver's License.  On the morning of September 9, 2021, while on foot patrol downtown Walton Street, Port Hope Police Officers observed a motor vehicle driving on Queen Street, and turned North onto Walton Street, squealing tires. Officers observed the same vehicle go around another vehicle on Walton Street at Ontario Street, again squealing tires.  Officers located vehicle shortly after and as a result of the investigation, 21-year-old male of Whitby was charged with the following: 1.
