Damage to Police Cruiser

As a result of responding to a suspicious person call in  the area of Cavan Street, Port Hope, ON at 4:04 am July 1, 2021 Joshua McMillan was arrested for mischief and resist arrest. McMillan jumped onto the hood of the Port Hope Police vehicle and then moved to the roof top of the vehicle. Cobourg Police attended for assistance. There was damage caused to the crusier.  McMillan, age 27 from Cavan Street, Port Hope was arrested for mischief and resist arrest. The accused will appear in court in July to answer to the charge.
