A Kingston woman was arrested for failing to comply with her court order to remain in her residence at all times. Port Hope Police were contacted by Kingston Police Service on June 11, 2021 at around 5:11 am who advised Sandra Forcier had left her Kingston residence and was currently in Port Hope Ontario sitting in her vehicle. Officers attended the area of Mill Street and Peter Street, Port Hope, ON where Forcier was located in her vehicle. Forcier was released on an appearance notice to appear in court in July to answer to the charges.
