Motor Vehicle Hits Pedestrian

At 4:49 pm on July 13, 2021 a  man and his daughter were walking eastbound across a crosswalk on Ontario Street, Port Hope, ON. near the Shell Gas Bar.  A male operating a Jeep SUV turned southbound on Ontario Street, from Phillips Road, Port Hope colliding with the male walking hitting him in the arm with the bumper of his SUV. Luckily no one was seriously injured. The driver of the SUV was charged with careless driving.
